ルクジュウ、完成しました。途中、10日ほど留守にしてしまい、全く覗いたりひっくり返したりができませんでした。だからか、初めて表面にカビが生えてしまい、悲しかったです。

2ヶ月乾燥させたもの。Drying fo two month.

そして、表面をととのえるために、削ります。忘れていたけど、カンナを使います。薄く削られた物は、不要ならものですが、なんだか美味しそうなきもします。(もちろん食べませんが(^^;;) 豆腐を注文した時に、ギュッと詰めてくださいとお願いしたのがとても良く、隙間なく真っ平らな面に仕上がってきました。

今まではルクジュウも使ったことありましたが、普段はカッターマットの裏側が程良いと思っていました。

完成です。

待ちきれないので、小物用で慣らしながら1時間くらい使ってみました。

さっそく、刃の跡ぎついていきます。ナイフの刺さり方の柔らかいこと！カッターマットの裏とは全然違う感触で驚きました。14年前にはそれほど違いがわかってなかったけれど、今はルクジュウっていいなと思います。残りはまた、週末にでも削ろう。

It’s been two month and finished!! While the time, I went out for ten days so that there ere got mold for their surface. It made me sad. For useing as a mat like cutter mat, I shave surface of   Rakuju (dried Tofe) . I ordered to put Tofe ingredients tightly than usual Tofe because if there were some holes, knife would go through paper. Citing surface had done very well. This ten years, I use back of labor mat instead of Rukuju, however , there were big difference. How softy Rukuju is. I’ll use Rukuju from today!! It will make me to do nice work!!
