今年２月、私たちの初めてのチーム、ハチウクシー仲間と行った展示会。ご縁をいただいて、芭蕉布に、染めさせていただけることになりました。

布を当てて、生地を守る布を付けます。

とっても高価で貴重な生地。ただただドキドキしました。初めての半幅帯で、デザインも専用に起こしました。春にオーダー主様に、来房して頂き、デザインを決め、型を作りました。

芭蕉に画鋲をさせない私。当たり前ですが。

型置きしました。

型置きは思ったよりスムーズで、ホッとしました。いつもやってる、全ての工程にドキドキとまらない芭蕉布です。

I got to chance to make basyofu obi (banana cloth) at our exhibition “Hatiukushi” on February.  Basyofu is so expensive and rear material so that I was so excited all the time I touched it. I made new design for half size obi. The orner was came to my factory to check new design of her and I made pattern.
